In 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 , Paul gives this three word instruction in verse 17: “pray without ceasing.” Hold on to that. In another letter to the Philippians church, Paul is giving instruction again. This time, in Philippians 4:6 he tells us to “not be anxious about anything.” Hold on to that as well.
